I am hosting a monthly music jam and drum circle at my house in Smyrna with the intention to create a heart centered community and a safe container where we can fully express ourselves!

Please bring any musical instruments, an open mind, and an open heart as we co create with playfulness and joy on this journey together. All levels of experience are welcome and this is also a kid friendly event.

Light snacks will be provided- vegan and gluten free treats to share are greatly appreciated!

We ask that you also bring a donation of $15-$20 although no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
