The Intuitive Self- Creative Playshop

August 13th Thursday Evening @ 7pm in Smyrna

Therapy-informed and spiritually guided experience designed to help you reconnect with your intuition through creative ritual, movement, and community. Explore deep listening, energetic hygiene, and the difference between your full-body "hell yes" and "hell no." You'll leave with greater clarity, practical tools for trusting yourself, your own soul song, and a handmade magical artifact to support your journey.

Conscious Dance

Every Other Thursday Evening @ 8pm in Smyrna

An intentional dance activated by vocal toning and singing during an hour and a half dance through our emotions, lifecycle, archetypes, and levels of consciousness. We will leave time at the end for integration and connection.

Monthly Music Jam & Drum Circle

Sunday, August 30th @ 6-10PM

I am hosting a monthly music jam and drum circle at my house in Smyrna with the intention to create a heart centered community and a safe container where we can fully express ourselves! Please bring any musical instruments, an open mind, and an open heart as we co create with playfulness and joy on this journey together. All levels of experience are welcome and this is also a kid friendly event.
