Being my own cheerleader and living amidst the possibilities of hope and curiosity allows me access to a deeper truth with regards to what I need to help me move through life's challenges. I wrote this song as a way to encourage myself and my clients to trust that they know what they need. Creative and expressive arts are beautiful outlets for processing all emotions and for harnessing and working with our most healing gifts and inner wisdom ( which is more easily accessible through creative play).
