EFT for Emotional Eating

Learning practices like EFT gave me a way to meet the craving differently. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Instead of numbing or shaming myself, I learned to pause, tap, and listen. Each round brought me closer to the truth: my body wasn’t broken. It was speaking.⁣ ⁣ ⁣

This is why I guide others in this work. EFT is just one of the tools I bring into my 1:1 deep dive sessions, where we untangle the emotional charge beneath eating patterns, release what the body has been holding, and create a new felt sense of peace and freedom around food.⁣ ⁣ ⁣
