Befriending Fear
Fear isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it whispers through your body.
A tight jaw.
Chattering teeth.
a slight feeling of BARF in your gut.😆
One woman on my bi weekly group call recently got called for jury duty on a murder case.
She wanted to be responsible. Neutral. Strong.
But her body said no — loud and clear.
She didn’t override it.
She chose herself.
That’s what it means to be in relationship with fear — not fix it, not force it, but feel it.
Not every “no” is weakness.
Sometimes it’s wisdom.
In my sessions, we don’t push through fear.
We meet it.
With breath. We CREATE. We MOVE. With sound. With presence.
So it doesn’t have to run the show anymore.
If fear has been making decisions for you — in your work, your voice, your body —
and you're ready to relate to it differently,
I’d love to walk beside you.
