Connecting with JOY!

For me, the biggest risk i've ever taken was quitting my 12 year career as an insurance broker and stepping into my life's purpose- which is to facilitate deep healing work with others. My inspiration of cultivating safety and grounding presence comes from overcoming a 16 year journey with Bulimia.

Finding my way back to myself has looked like creating balance, setting healthy boundaries, releasing restriction and resistance to life, feeling deeply without self destruction, and learning how to truly listen to myself and respect my body. I am grateful that my own hero's journey has given me the tools to support others find their truth and power.

As we regulate our nervous systems through mindful awareness and connection to the body, we can explore the unknown with curiosity and excitement rather than fear and anxiety. It's possible that the unknown is a place of enchantment and I drop by to visit when I sing and dance. I'm reminded that I'm guided by my higher self (who loves to play and get EXTRA weird) and I tap into alternate endings to the scenes of my play. From this space, I open myself up to feeling inspired, receptive, and raw, without shame or judgement.

I invite you to get out of your own way this week, to embrace radical acceptance and create art with your fear and resistance.
