An intentional dance activated by vocal toning and singing during an hour and a half dance through our emotions, lifecycle, archetypes, and levels of consciousness. We will leave time at the end for integration and connection.

Activated by vocal toning, positive affirmations, and free form expressive movement and sound, this class will leave you feeling energized and connected with you truest self.
