Carefully planned activities were offered to deepen our experience, while we were allowed ample space for solitude and reflection if we chose not to participate. Marisa paid attention to every detail, from food, to sound, light, temperature, space, music, and more. “I just had a wonderful holistic healing session with Marisa. I am fascinated by her expertise in so many diverse healing modalities and ability to pull from each one as it makes the most sense for the moment. The last time we had a session, she guided me through some emotional processing and did an amazing Reiki session with me on a biomat. I felt so much relief and openness to possibilities after that session where before I was feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Today we did an Internal Family Systems exercise where I connected with my inner procrastinator and through her gentle guidance with somatic awareness and thoughtful questions and suggestions, I was able to transform this contracting fearful personality into a rainbow Phoenix rising from the fire ready to create healthy boundaries for me to fully express my gifts in a safe and contained way, which is what this part of my personality wants for me and is capable of doing when I trust her and emPower her. I hope to do more sessions with Marisa. She has great intuition and discipline to be able to see through to the heart of the matter. I respect how she has selflessly dedicated herself to this path of helping others on their healing path, trusting her own inner guidance and intuition.
